I watched it last night and all I can say is WOW.

This is a movie that I feel is truly a work of art among so many crappy or so-so movies. And being a born and raised Bronx-New Yorker let my just say that this hits VERY close to home. (Hell man, most of the places you see the main characters walk through that had been destroyed were places I passed just to get to the movie thither.)

With the choice of using a home video camera as the only video for the movie, you are placed in a first-person POV (and no, it wasn't like watch the Blare Witch). Combine this with the natural dialog (instead of action fraises, and cheep jokes) and you get a truly realistic film stile.

If you're not from NY it might not have as strong an impact. But I still say go see it.

In the end it left me with CHILLS, but in a good way, unlike so many of the resent "horror films".
